Eyes Up is a small, independent game. These terms are short on purpose.
As-is, no warranty
Eyes Up is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and fair, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs, downtime, or the occasional wall you climb into.
Fair play on the ladder
The competitive ladder is meant to reflect real runs by real people. To keep it that way:
- No automated play, bots, or scripted inputs
- No exploiting bugs to gain time or altitude you shouldn't have
- Runs that use exploits or automation will be removed from the ladder
Names
We filter ladder names, but filters aren't perfect. A name that slips past the filter and turns out to be inappropriate may be removed at any time, without notice.
Ladder resets
Green Bee Creative may reset or prune the competitive ladder, particularly when the game's level or content changes in a way that makes old runs no longer comparable. There's no guarantee a given run or ranking will stay on the ladder forever.
Be kind
This is a small game made for fun. Be kind to other players, and be kind about the bugs you find.
